At New Skin Tattoo Removal, we’re committed to helping the communities we serve in good times and bad. We are taking major steps to support our staff and patients with increased safety measures and operational changes. We are in this together!
MASKS are required inside the building. No MASK no entry
HAND SANITIZER will be located at all work stations
We will SANITIZE after each tattoo removal session
SOCIAL DISTANCING will be enforced
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment for our clients and our staff, we ask that if you are sick (cold, flu, etc.) or have the onset of any symptoms of an illness (fever, persistent coughing, sneezing, etc.), that you please text 408-899-9695 to reschedule your appointment.
⁃ PLEASE ONLY BRING YOURSELF. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN CONSULTATION or TREATMENT. THEY WILL BE ASKED TO WAIT IN YOUR CAR!
⁃ The entrance door to the building will remain open to reduce touching of the door handle.
⁃ Sign-in will be done by our staff downstairs
⁃ We will be checking temperatures upon entry.
⁃ NO SCREENING = NO ENTRY
⁃ Check-in & text option is MANDATORY to limit crowd exposure.
⁃ There will be no waiting allowed in the 1st & 2nd floor common waiting areas.
⁃ Once you receive a text, one of our staff members will meet you outside to escort you upstairs to treatment.
⁃ You will need to use the newly installed sanitizer before entering & exiting the treatment room.
⁃ Staff will be sanitizing and spraying down All areas after every patient and timely during session.
